What the work looks like in Davenport
Davenport is the Lincoln County seat out on the Big Bend, wheat country, and a long way from most of the trades. The company has been working out here long enough that two of the older job videos are Davenport cedar homes.
The May 2024 showcase is new construction. Painting and staining a house before it is lived in is a different job: the high complicated beam work gets done off staging with nothing underneath it, and you get a finish on the underside of things that nobody will ever reach again.
If a house is being built out here, the time to have this conversation is before the scaffolding comes down, not after.
